Appliances & More is looking for a motivated, dependable Lead Sales Associate to join our team! We are a locally owned appliance retailer serving a large rural region, and we pride ourselves on customer service, product knowledge, and doing things the right way.
This is more than just a sales job — we need someone who can help lead the sales floor, keep the store running smoothly, and create a great experience for every customer who walks through the door.
What You’ll Do
  • Greet customers and guide them through appliance purchases
  • Learn product features and help customers choose what fits their needs and budget
  • Ensure all floor models are clean, tagged, and presentable
  • Help manage pricing tags, displays, and signage accuracy
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with the warehouse
  • Handle sales paperwork, financing, and POS transactions accurately
  • Help move freight and appliances as needed
  • Keep the store clean and organized, including the sales floor, work areas, and bathrooms
  • Support overall daily store operations and teamwork
  • Set the tone for professionalism, work ethic, and customer service on the sales floor
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong people skills — friendly, confident, and helpful
  • Sales experience preferred (retail or commission sales a plus)
  • Willingness to do hands-on work, not just sales
  • Ability to lift and move appliances with equipment and team assistance
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical retail environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Basic computer skills
Bonus If You Have
  • Appliance or home improvement sales experience
  • Experience with financing or large-ticket items
  • Leadership experience on a sales floor
